Founder and Managing Director of Trans Virtual Pvt. Ltd., Biswajit Hazarika has been leading the Marketing and Sales functions of the organization since its inception. He brings strong domain expertise across IT, telecom and integrated technology solutions, along with extensive experience in business management and solution architecture. He is actively involved in conceptualizing client requirements, aligning technology solutions and managing technology transfer at various stages in line with the Company’s objectives. He also oversees strategic alliances to support present and future business opportunities.

Diganta Hazarika

Director

Founder and Director of Trans Virtual Pvt. Ltd., Diganta Hazarika heads the Finance and Accounts function of the organization. He plays a key role in financial planning, accounting and statutory compliance, ensuring robust financial governance and controls across the Company. He is actively involved in project implementation, cost monitoring and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution. He also supports strategic decision-making by aligning financial strategies with operational and long-term business objectives.

Prakash Sutradhar

Director-Project

Director (Projects) at Trans Virtual Pvt. Ltd.Prakash Sutradhar holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.He brings over 31 years of experience in turnkey telecom projects. He has led large-scale project planning, implementation and execution for major telecom operators, overseeing end-to-end rollout of BTS, MSC, BSC, fibre networks and related infrastructure. He works closely with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards and cost efficiency in the execution of complex, multi-location projects.

Dr. Nyayadabhiram Saikia

Promoter

Promoter of Trans Virtual Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Nyayadabhiram Saikia holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IIT Bombay and a Ph.D. in Control Systems Engineering from the University of Sheffield, UK. He brings extensive industry experience, including overseas assignments and leadership roles with reputed public sector organizations such as Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and Oil India Ltd. With deep expertise in engineering leadership, operations and strategic project execution, he provides guidance on emerging technical requirements in the oil & gas and IT sectors and advises on technology partnerships that support long-term growth and innovation.
